On the 26th of March 2025, we opened the doors to our new venture in Vejer de la Frontera.
Hierbas by Patría
A small terrace that seats, aprox. 24 guests, in the famous street La Corredera (number 47), in front of the boutique hotel “Casa Encalada”, where our kitchen is, we serve Patría style dishes.
But more light and quick.
Salads, Tapas and hot´n cold sandwiches. Nice and fresh. Great for a lunch or dinner after a trip to the beach, a nature walk or while exploring the cozy streets of Vejer.
The kitchen is open from 12.30 through to 23.00 in the evening non stop.
We also make food to go!
We are so much looking forward to seeing you in our second home in Vejer, which is also the second home of our natural artisan lemonades PatríaPura.
